Product Description

    Car-bottom type furnace is mainly used for quenching，annealing. Such as High-Cr，Manganese Steel Casting，nodular cast iron，roller，steel ball ，crusher hammer，wearing plate ，etc.The car-bottom type furnace series include furnace and electric control system. The furnace including：metal shell、furnace lining、heating elements、furnace door and car-bottom. The metal shell is fabricated with steel plates and profile steel together. Furnace lining is made with  energy-saving ultra-light weight energy saving bricks，alumina-silicate fibers and quality thermal insulation materials. Heating elements are spiraling high-resistance alloy，they were positioned in the furnace chamber，car-bottom can move back and forth，convenient for work-piece loading and unloading. Furnace door and car-bottom are controlled by   electric Speed Reducer.
