The mesh belt furnace is generally composed of a furnace body, a mesh belt drive system and temperature control. It is mainly used for the sintering of powder metallurgy products and the reduction of metal powder. Mesh belt furnaces can be divided into roller furnaces and pallet furnaces according to their operation. The pallet furnaces are divided into two types: muffle furnace and muffle-free furnace. Since mesh belt furnaces are often used in kiln systems, some failures will inevitably occur.
      The following is a brief analysis and maintenance of several common faults and solutions.
    1,The heating switch is not turned on, but the temperature is still rising.
    The reason for this is that the contacts of the heating AC contactor are bonded together and cannot be disconnected. The solution is to replace the contactor.
    2,The power supply trips after the heating switch is turned on,
      There are three possible reasons for this situation: The first is that the heating tube and the electric furnace are short-circuited. The solution is to open the furnace body  and check the heating tube ; the second is that the capacity of the main power switch is too small, and the solution is to replace a large capacity switch.; The third is that the main power switch box is equipped with a leakage protection switch, but the wiring is incorrect,the troubleshooting method is to check the circuit and correct it.
    3,The machine cannot be started after power on
      There are two possible reasons for this: the first is that the power supply does not meet the requirements of the specification, and the solution is to connect to the power supply required in the specification; the second is that the zero line may not be connected, and the solution is to connect the zero line.

   4, The temperature inside the furnace is uneven and abnormally high
     There are three possible causes: the first is that the thermocouple is not sensitive, and the troubleshooting method is to replace the thermocouple; the second is that the temperature controller is not sensitive and the action is out of control,the troubleshooting method is to replace the temperature controller; the third is that the work piece is not placed unreasonably, the furnace door is not closed properly.,the solution is to change the method of placing the work piece and close the furnace door.

      Only the various items in the mesh belt furnace is regularly checked , such as the control box, the ventilation holes of the furnace top cover, and the screws of the various parts of the control box. I believe that we can take precautions and avoid many unnecessary failures.
