The spring grinding machine is used to grind both ends of the compression spring at the same time. It can be used to produce large amounts of compression spring equipment, such as automobiles, tractors and spring factories. The upper and lower grinding heads are located on the same axis, and the upper and lower grinding heads are independently driven by two grinding wheel motors. The feed motor speed of the upper grinding head is controlled by the feed motor through worm gear deceleration and gear and rack drive. The upper grinding wheel compensation mechanism is to realize the compensation of the upper grinding wheel by the motor lifting the door through the worm gear and the ball screw. The lower grinding wheel compensation mechanism is to pass the lower grinding wheel through the worm gear, rack and pinion through the motor. Adopt double-disc structure, automatic disc change, high production efficiency.
The grinding head feed of the spring grinder is also independently operated by two hand wheels. The paper feed tray is driven independently by the speed-regulating motor. When the machine is turned on, the paper feed speed can be adjusted by the manual wheel. The spring grinding machine is equipped with a wheel dressing device, which is used to dress the end face of the wheel in time to obtain a better grinding effect. This machine is used for dry grinding springs. In order to protect the health of the operator and improve the environmental sanitation conditions, it is equipped with a dust suction device, which is only driven by the motor

It can store 30 sets of grinding machine spring parameters, which is convenient for grinder workers to call, edit and modify. During work, the screen will automatically display the status of each stage. Allows the parameter to be modified without exiting the grinding program. There is a button lifting box on the side of the bed. Common debugging and work buttons are integrated on the side of the bed. The spring grinder is designed according to the operating rules in two places. After the debugging and testing of the screen parameters meet the requirements, there is usually no need to operate the screen. Just operate on the lifting box.
