The cam is fixed on the rotating shaft, which can be adjusted forward and backward by screws and can push the movement of the slider.   2. The computer-controlled cam rotation system can be set in the range of 0.1°-359.9°. The wire feed system is installed horizontally on the back of the machine. Every 2 wire feed wheels form a group. There are 3 wire feed wheels or 4 custom wire feed wheels.

The computer system can store 1000 workpiece programs, the position of each axis, line feed information, production speed and production volume are displayed on the screen. Program data is easy to set and change on the keyboard, and adjustment is very convenient.
 
  4. The rotating iron core system of the universal spring machine is installed in the center of the shaft, and the center of the shaft can rotate left and right. The curl is installed on the slide, the cam can rotate 360 degrees, and can also move back and forth or fixed point.
 
  5. For all types of tension springs, such as British and German tension springs, a universal spring machine can be additionally equipped with an auxiliary processing base on the host machine. The auxiliary processing base is driven by a 1 kW servo motor and uses a cylinder clamp to extend the arm clamp. Remove the semi-finished extension spring produced by the host, and then perform 3 treatments through the processing seat. The program control and cam system of the secondary processing base can operate independently, so the production speed can be accelerated.
