  In order to improve the product appearance quality and surface rust prevention effect, reduce costs, it is particularly important to provide an environmentally friendly and stable quality surface treatment process for key parts of the driven disk assembly after practice verification.
 
Process method
 
  The surface treatment process of the key parts of the clutch disc assembly adopts the parts to be carbonitrided first, and then used ultrasonic cleaning and shot blasting shot blasting, then tempered and baked, and finally dipped in quick-drying anti-rust oil , Fast drying surface treatment processing technology.
 
  The process method is as follows: the parts are first carbonitrided to obtain the hardness requirements and subsequent processing conditions required for the usability of the parts.   After tempering, roasting and natural cooling, a quick-drying anti-rust oil is used for dipping or soaking treatment within one day, so that all parts are covered with anti-rust oil and placed in the drying area. Within 1 day, it is naturally dried and subjected to high-quality anti-rust treatment.
 
  The surface treatment process is suitable for the metal surface treatment of auto parts such as driven disc assembly and cover assembly, such as driven disc, vibration damping disc, disc hub, pressure piece, gasket, diaphragm spring and other parts. Surface processing. Process characteristics and technical advantages

  Using precise setting and control technology of process parameters, through different control of tempering temperature and tempering time, the surface of workpieces with different colors such as yellow, red and blue can be obtained. Compared with the gray workpiece with a single phosphating process, it not only has a bright appearance, novel colors, significantly improved product grades, but also has diversity, and customers have product color options.
 
  Using heat treatment and baking technology of metal surface oxidation, product quality and workpiece size tend to be more stable. Compared with the phosphating process, because there is no phosphating solution immersion corrosion, the size of the workpiece will not become smaller and thinner. Similarly, compared with the electroplating process, because there is no influence of the plating layer, the workpiece size will not become larger and thicker. It overcomes the problems of unstable quality and inaccurate accuracy brought by the traditional phosphating process and electroplating process to the critical dimensions of the parts.
 
  Due to the technology of quick-drying and anti-rust oil dipping and quick-drying, the parts after tempering and roasting are covered with surface dipping. After 1 day, the surface of the workpiece is naturally dried. It changes the low-efficiency and high-strength operation method of manually wiping the anti-rust oil on the surface of the workpiece in the traditional process. And after the parts are oiled through the baking process, they will be stored for 10 months under normal storage conditions without rust. Its anti-rust performance is obviously superior to the traditional surface treatment process.
